As part of Newark Now's Families Realizing Economic Empowerment initiative (FREE) is sponsoring a volunteer income tax assistance (VI.T.A.) site. This site will provide families making less than $40,000 a year an opportunity to come in and have their 2006 income taxes prepared for free. Just to know we were a part of this tireless group in some way is an honor. Keep rockin Mr. Santiago.
